Returns & Refund Policy – ZahBella Hair by Tia


At ZahBella Hair by Tia, we are committed to providing high-quality luxury wigs. Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product safety for all customers.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:


• The wig must be unused and unworn

• The lace must be uncut

• The item must be in original packaging with tags intact


If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:


• Wigs that have been worn

• Wigs with cut lace

• Altered, styled, or washed wigs

• Final sale or promotional items


Return Approval

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at zahbella.elevateyourbeauty@hotmail.com with their order number and reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
